The details below outline our program for most courts. Please check with your court to see if any special requirements apply to you.
Our program is very simple. Following your payment to the court (or in some cases prior to payment to the court), you log on to our web site and enroll now.
When you register, you choose your own password and username to gain access to the program immediately.
We will forward the original certificate to you or the court (unless otherwise noted).
The course is divided into fourteen sections. Once you read through the materials and answer the quiz questions you will then answer and submit a final exam. The computer will grade the tests and you will know immediately if you have passed.
Upon successful completion, we will forward the original certificate to the designated court or to you personally. The tuition includes the entire program and the completion certificate.
We created our program to be as convenient as possible for the student. It is designed as an alternative to a classroom program. You may participate in the program in one sitting or log in and out and complete the reading in increments. The goal is for you to comprehend and absorb the materials.
If we are reporting to your court, please ensure you finish the final exam four to five days days prior to your completion date so we can deliver the certificate to the court on time. If the certificate must be rushed, a "rush fee" may apply.
Be aware that if you are reporting to any of the following courts, we will report your completion for you:
- Bainbridge Island Municipal Court
- Clark County
- Clark Corrections
- Kent Municipal Court
- King County District Court
- Port Orchard Municipal Court
- San Juan
- Western District of Washington at Tacoma
